Within our city limits it’s sometimes tough to get the best of both worlds. But…….where there’s a will there’s a way. We put our brains to good use and devised a plan to reap the rewards of this beautiful city. Both urban and nature. If it meant almost getting hit by a train or getting bombarded by a few pesky mosquitoes, it was well worth all the trouble. Cara & David got the most awesome backgrounds and I in turn got to capture them. Their love for each other was evident with every smile. I can’t stress how much fun it was navigating through those bushes with them. My favourite part had to to be when I bravely and stupidly crossed train tracks without looking both ways. But if you look at the bright side, the Go Train’s horn works great. During this little fiasco I managed to capture David’s expression from across the tracks (see below). I still wonder what was going through his head “3 went it, 2 survived” or “time to start looking for another photographer.
Anyway you look at it, we had a blast and I can’t wait until their wedding. It’ll be here in no time!
