Porsia + Chris | Wedding

In one short day a wedding embodies almost every emotion possible.  It’s a day that many people look forward to their entire lives.  Making reactions, smiles, sadness and even tears so easy to come by.  It’s one of about a million reasons that I love being a part of it.  As I went through the pictures, I think that Porsia and Chris’ wedding embodied every emotion possible.

Porsia and Chris are such genuine people and there is so much love surrounding them.  I had such a blast spending the day with them.  I have to throw a shout out to their family and friends for being so amazing.  What a wedding!!

Blog post #99:)

Thanks always for coming by,  I always love to hear what you think about the pics! Always love feedback.

Cheers

I always arrive early and was greated by a fully ready and anxious groom
First introduction to an awesome bridal party

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue

The beautiful ladies

Stunning!
One of my many faves, this picture tells so much

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day

What a lively and hilarious bunch

It was a little bit of a trek, but well worth it for this backdrop

As I prepare this blog, by coicidence ‘Radiohead – true love waits’ is playing on my youtube playlist. Their first dance song

Speeches were hilarious and moving! Jen on the bottom right looks familiar as I shot her wedding last year

We went outside and took a little breather
Shortly after the craziness began

Porsia & Chris, thank you sooooooo much for having me capture your wedding and be part of the festivities! love you guys

Michelle + Noah

It’s feeling a lot more like spring lately and that means engagement shoots will soon rule the blog!  I had such a great time strolling the streets and checking out new sites with Michelle and Noah.  We found such cool backdrops.   I usually get too anxious to see the pics on my computer after these sort of shoots, but I dig that feeling.  I love how great the pictures turned out! but with amazing subjects they always do.

Thanks always for visiting and I hope to see you back soon,

Cheers

It was a beautiful sunny day and we took full advantage

We stepped into the Eaton Center for something I had in mind for a long time

A new find! love the colours

Thanks Michelle and Noah for being so great!

Richard Goldhar - Very nice pictures! I think these subjects could change careers and be full time models!

Kailee + Jeff | Wedding

It was a rollercoaster of a day but oh boy what a ride it was.  Kailee and Jeff’s contagious smiles were all that was needed to fill the room with joy.   Although, having an unbelievable group of family and friends did take this wedding to the next level.   I was so blessed to spend the day with such and easy going and fun couple.  You guys are such good-hearted people and I wish you an amazing life together.

We do live in Canada, so there’s always a slight chance of stuff falling from the sky.  A lot of people say its good luck, and for me it also means good lighting.  We  kept ourselves busy just long enough for the rain to subside.   I wish there were more people around to see my reaction when I found out the rain had calmed down.   For the most part I try to be professional………wait I can’t tell you that!  I’m way more like one of your excited friends that just wants to capture every moment imaginable with a huge smile.

Shout outs!  First of all to the awesome work of Justin from Through Blue Photography who shot with me the whole day!  You guys have to check out his blog.  Sharon Goodman did an amazing job of organizing and making sure everything ran smoothly.  GLP events did an unbelievable job with the decor and flowers, great to see you guys again.  As always, paramount looked amazing!

As for me, life couldn’t be better especially with what I do!

Thank always for coming by, glancing, liking, commenting!  check back anytime

Cheers,

……

All the bridesmaids and important players got custom shirts to wear! very cool
I had this dress shot lined up, but having Kailee and her mom under the dress made it that much better
The stunning bouquet supplied by Elaine of GLP events

As we waited a bit for the rain to subside……..

Excecutive decision made, we’re going up north!

I was greeted with these smiles all day

I glanced across the street and saw something that lit up my eyes……..an abandoned barn

I love how this turned out, the wind blasting the dress made it so much better

What an amazing bunch, they didn’t disappoint!

I mention it often, but this moment is priceless

Jeff was waiting for this momemt for a long time, and took full advantage
Mother and daughter shared similar faces:)

It was a crazy party! all pics were blog worthy
Blog worthy

Too many awesome people. Some of which may be very familiar from previous blogs;)
I remember this shot very well. It started off as me taking a picture of a little group hug. In a split second everyone started grabbing spots
A beautiful way to end an unbelievable wedding.  Kailee & Jeff, I was so happy to share this special day with you, your families and friends. You are truly so very lucky to have so many great people around you! Thank you for being yourselves!

Richard E - Amazing find with the abandoned barn, I miss my L.A. Gear shoes and now I’m just sad I didn’t crash the wedding like I told Jeff and Kailee I was going to.

Another great blog.

Keep up the amazing work.

Anat + Eddie | Wedding

There were so many reasons I was excited for this wedding!  Firstly, I had  such a blast getting to know Anat and Eddie on their engagement shoot.  As I walked into Anat’s house on the wedding day I was astonished to see so many people had come from so far away to be a part of this special day.   There was over 20 people staying at the house and that made for an unbelievable atmosphere.  It was a very surreal and emotional day, and I can’t say enough how much I loved being a part of it and watching it unfold.

Anat and Eddie, you two are such beautiful people inside and out and I wanted to thank you for being so awesome on the wedding day.  So easy going and fun to be with!  I might even stop by the house more often since I felt so at home.

A special thanks goes to all of the out of towners, friends and family making the day so special.  Konrad from Freshsox made an unbelievable video the he showcased on the same day.  Anna, you did a great job organizing and making sure everything ran smoothly.  Paramount looked amazing and I can’t wait to work there again!

As for me,  I’m can’t get my head around this wedding season.  I’ve  shot a bunch of weddings already and spring hasn’t even arrived yet.  I’m so excited for what’s to come!

Thanks always for stopping by, taking a look, commenting, liking, everything means so much!

Cheers,

There is no privacy for the bride! just a glimpse of the wedding day craziness

Eddie was so excited to see Anat! It made for an amazing reveal

It was a long walk to get to this tree, but I made sure it was worth it! Love this shot

We made a little stop off at D&B

I usually switch up real quick and get the kiss from two separate cameras. Wide is best
NOTE: almost slipping and falling on flower petals results in an epic recovery dancing shot
One of or the longest horas I’ve ever witnessed

A beautiful first dance

I don’t think this wedding required tables or chairs, everyone was constanlty on the dance floor!
While watching the same day edit video from the ultra talented Konrad of Freshsox!
Thank you so much Anat and Eddie for having me capture your wedding!

Richard E - Another stunning wedding, you keep finding new and creative ways to tell each couples story as if they were telling it.

Never stop having fun.
